Taylor Thorpe

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Taylor Thorpe is the Executive Director at Addington Place of Muscatine, where she brings passion, dedication, and a strong commitment to building meaningful connections within the community she grew up near. A proud graduate of Augustana College with a degree in Marketing and Graphic Design, Taylor joined the team in April 2022 as a Senior Lifestyle Counselor—her first role in senior living.

With no prior industry experience, Taylor quickly became a valued team member through her strong work ethic, relationship-building skills, and authentic care for residents. When the Executive Director position became available, the entire community rallied behind her, recognizing her leadership, compassion, and deep commitment to the well-being of both residents and staff.

Since stepping into leadership, Taylor has continued to grow professionally and personally, crediting Arvum Senior Living for providing the tools, support, and culture needed to succeed. She is passionate about creating a warm, resident-focused environment where families feel welcome and staff feel empowered.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her partner, Ashton, and their four beloved pets. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves staying active, and in her spare time, she can often be found working on her Camaro or at the racetrack, where she enjoys racing and sharing in the thrill of motorsports. Taylor’s leadership is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and a drive to create a meaningful experience for every resident at Addington Place of Muscatine.
