Taylor Thorpe is the Executive Director at Addington Place of Muscatine, bringing passion, dedication, and a strong commitment to building meaningful connections within the community. Taylor joined Arvum Senior Living in April 2022 as a Senior Lifestyle Counselor with no prior experience in the senior living industry. Through hard work, relationship-building, and a dedication to resident care, she quickly became a valued team member. When the Executive Director role became available, the entire community rallied behind her, recognizing her leadership and dedication.
Since stepping into leadership, Taylor has continued to grow both professionally and personally. She credits Arvum Senior Living with providing the tools and support needed to succeed, helping her develop stronger self-motivation, communication, and leadership skills. Her focus remains on fostering a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for residents, families, and team members alike.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, embracing opportunities to connect and create meaningful experiences. Her journey is a testament to the power of dedication, growth, and the supportive culture at Addington Place of Muscatine.
